You always have experts on hand to sort out computer niggles that aren’t worth getting a technician out for.

The Geek Hotline Business membership can help out with a huge range of your technical issues. Helping with staff email problems, advising on wireless printing dilemmas, or reminding you how to use that setting in Excel are just some of the things the Geek Hotline Business can help with.

How it Works:


You’re having niggly technology problems or need immediate computer help.


Call the Geek Hotline! You can call the Geek Hotline as much as you like between 8am – 8 pm Monday to Friday and 9am – 12pm Saturday.


Our expert phone-based technicians will talk you through issues or they can access your computer remotely to fix your problems.


Your computer niggles sorted by friendly experts who explain things in plain English.

The Geek Hotline Business works on a site licence (which includes your first computer), plus an extra per-computer cost if you have more than one computer.
